Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Vitality Dublin. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

You may return products within 14 days from the delivery date.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached
• Sale or discounted items are not refundable unless defective
• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at info@dublin-vitals.com with your order number and reason for return
• We will provide return instructions and the return address
• The return must be shipped within 5 business days after receiving the return instructions

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.

Order delivery time consists of two parts:

• Processing time: 1–3 days
• Shipping time: 5–10 days

Shipping methods: Depending on the country, packages are delivered via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Shipping fee: $15

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@dublin-vitals.com within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
