Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them.
1. Withdrawal Period
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase.
The period starts from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, receives the goods.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
(No justification is required.)
3. Return of the Goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods to us.
- The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us
- The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging

4. Return Costs
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
If the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered, we will of course cover the return costs.
5. Refund
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund:
- The full purchase amount
- Any standard delivery costs (excluding additional services such as express delivery)
The refund will be made to the original payment method.
We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that show clear signs of use
